Calling all Mission Mobilizers!!

Many of you may want to bring friends, family members or your whole church with you to CMC. Great!! Please sign-up to be a Mission Mobilizer here.

  • Anyone can sign-up to be a Mission Mobilizer: individuals or churches. When you sign up you will receive a Mission Mobilizer Code. With this code families and individuals can register and pay for themselves online, and be linked to your group.
  • Get 20 or more people to register with your Mission Mobilizer code by Nov 11 and there will be a $10 rebate for EACH regular adult/youth attendee that attends CMC. The Mission Mobilizer will receive the group rebate after CMC.
  • Three conditions to qualify: 1) Register using a Mission Mobilizer Code; 2) Register and pay by November 11; 3) 20 or more people register using your Mission Mobilizer Code.
  • Everyone can register and pay online for themselves and with the code be linked to the Mission Mobilizers group. (There is no need for the Mission Mobilizer to enter the registration information of their group members.)

If you have any questions, please contact our Registration Coordinator. Staff/Speakers/ Scholarship/Family Cap are not eligible for the Mission Mobilizer rebate.


We are sorry that the Scholarship Fund is no longer available. We encourage you to ask your church whether there is a Mission fund to support your attendance at CMC.

Please do not forget to make your own arrangements for lodging at the Hilton. We can connect you with other CMC Attendees, if you could not find roommates.

Family Cap

Large families may apply for a FAMILY CAP on their registration fees. This sets a $500 limit on registration fees no matter the size of your family; you still have to pay the meal fees. The Family Cap applies only to immediate family members: up to 2 grandparents; 2 parents; and as many legally dependent children as you have. Depending on the age of your children and when you register generally families of 5 or more adults can benefit from this Cap. INSTRUCTIONS: Register your family together online; on the check-out page select CHECK as your payment method. Then email our Registration Coordinator with

  1. The English names of your family members who registered for CMC.
  2. Your promise that these are your immediate family members (as defined above) and
  3. Your Registration ID.

We will update your record and send a revised invoice for your payment. Deadline for application & payment is November 11. (Those applying for the Family Cap are not eligible for Mission Mobilizer Rebate.)

Part Time Registration

The CMC Planning Team earnestly desires for attendees to participate in the entire convention and we have structured our program and meals with this goal in mind. However, we have a limited number of Part Time registration slots available upon written request. First come, first served. Part time registrants pay the same very low registration fee and for the meals of the day(s) they will attend.

INSTRUCTIONS: Register online, on the check-out page select CHECK as your payment method. Then contact our Registration Coordinator with your registration ID, the reason for your need and the dates that you will attend. Deadline to apply is November 11.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, one half of the registration fee and all meal fees will be refunded. Cancellation requests must be received in writing before December 1, 2018.

Self-parking at the Hilton Americas is offered to CMC attendees at $8 per night (discounted from $24). Valet parking is $36 per night. The parking garage is located on Polk Street, around the corner from the hotel entrance.

If you are commuting to CMC daily please be prepared with other parking options. There is a large event at the GRB starting 12/28, and the garage may be full at that time.

To encourage people to attend, registration fees have been discounted at over 50% of the actual cost. Any donations to defray the actual cost of the CMC South convention will be deeply appreciated. All donations are tax deductible with a donation receipt via mail.
