The three prong focus of CRM are: Equipping leaders; Empowering churches, and Engaging in crosscultural missions. As the Chinese church experiences exponential growth, the need for systematic biblical and pastoral training continues to be an urgent need; with the biblical mandate of “being salt and light” in society, the church also needs to empowered; in addition, as the Chinese church moves from a mission field to the mission force we are committed to journey with the church in effective cross-cultural missions.
